Part-Time Coach

Coach the 09:00–13:00 morning program from the provided curriculum and class standards so children can move safely, confidently, and joyfully.

Praxis is an AI-native operating company that believes in every person's capacity to grow and builds better systems for learning. We create and operate ELA, Epic Prep, Rubric, and Playfit. In this role, you would join the Playfit team. We do not offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Playfit morning class safely and energetically from the provided curriculum and class plan.
  • Complete preparation, attendance, equipment checks, cleanup, and required records within 09:00–13:00.
  • Share participation, safety concerns, and notable changes clearly with the full-time coach after class.
  • Follow the set procedure for basic caregiver notices, absences, and handoffs.
  • Follow facility, equipment, movement-path, emergency, safeguarding, and incident-reporting procedures without exception.
  • Engage every child with respect, patience, and developmentally appropriate guidance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports science, exercise prescription, early-childhood education, child development, or a related field
  • At least one recognized credential such as a Korean sports instructor license, youth sports instructor license, NSCA-CPT, CSCS, or comparable certification
  • Current CPR/AED/first-aid certification, or the ability to obtain it before starting
  • At least two years of coaching experience with children or adolescents in sports, physical education, or movement
  • A genuine commitment to children demonstrated through safety, respect, patience, and high expectations
  • Reliable availability for the fixed 09:00–13:00 schedule and ownership from preparation through documentation

Nice to Have

  • Experience with early-childhood or lower-primary classes, sensory integration, foundational fitness, or small-group coaching
  • Experience with group-class operations and basic caregiver communication
  • Experience with camps, academies, or kids sports programs
  • The ability to coach children in both Korean and English
