Praxis Corporation (the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains how personal information is handled on the Company's official website and in its email-based recruiting process. This policy takes effect on July 15, 2026.
Information processed on this website
This website does not provide account registration or on-site application submission, and it does not directly collect personal information entered by visitors. However, in the course of operating our hosting service (Vercel), access records such as IP addresses, access timestamps, and browser information may be processed for security and incident-response purposes.
Processing of job application documents
Job applications are accepted by email at careers@praxisheroes.com. Application materials such as resumes may contain personal information including your name, contact details, education, and work history. The Company uses this information solely to conduct the hiring process, verify eligibility, and notify applicants of results.
Retention and destruction of application documents
Application documents received by email are destroyed within 90 days after the relevant hiring process is closed. If an applicant separately consents to joining our talent pool, the documents are retained for the agreed period so that we may contact the applicant about future openings, and the applicant may withdraw consent and request destruction at any time.
Use of external channels
When you contact the Company through external services such as email, the privacy policies of the respective service operators apply to those services themselves. The Company reviews and uses the information you share only to the extent necessary to respond to inquiries and provide recruiting information.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information. Requests and inquiries may be sent to hello@praxisheroes.com, and the Company will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If our services or data-processing practices change, the Company will update this policy and announce the changes and their effective date on the website.
